Cell phones and related health hazards
In today’s day and age, cell phones are a part and parcel of the everyday life of almost all individuals through out the world. As a matter of fact¸ it is indeed very rare to meet some one who does not carry a cell phone. If one does come face to face with someone, the first reaction is of utter shock and disbelief.
Despite the excessive usage and presence of cell phones in today’s world, the dangers and health hazards of the cell phones are still unknown to most people across the world. It should be known by one and all that cell phones are essentially transmitters of microwaves which are known to be carcinogenic (cancer causing) in nature. The microwaves operate at the frequency of billions of oscillations per second, a frequency which is known to interfere with the cellular and molecular DNA thus causing cancer and various other disorders. As a result of this interference of microwaves, the repair mechanism of the DNA is rendered useless thus creating and implanting the seeds of various future disorders. Besides interfering with the DNA, the waves that are emitted from the cell phones have been clinically proven to increase the rate of multiplication of cancer cells by at least 300 percent.
The link between microwaves and cancer has been known for a large part of the history of the modern world. Various countries have microwaves as a part of their armory and have inflicted micro wave attacks on their opponents. Various studies that have recently concluded have confirmed the harmful effects of the excessive usage of cell phones. The reports of the study state clearly that cell phones and the related waves induce extreme fatigue and headaches. The study also reports that cell phones lead to mental confusion and total or partial loss of memory. Cell phones, according to the recent study, are also extremely dangerous for the eyes. They have been known to induce various optical disorders including eye cancer, precipitate cataract and damaged retina. Cell phones affect almost all parts of the body. They induce skin rashes along with a burning sensation. The nerves that are present in the scalp of an individual are also adversely affected by the radiations. In some cases, these nerves are totally damaged leading to a brain stroke. These radiations have also been reported to cause problems in the digestive system of an individual. The cholesterol levels of the individual are escalated to a dangerous level. Another extremely dangerous effect of the radiation is the tendency of the blood cells to leak hemoglobin.
Cell phones thus should be used in a limited manner to avoid harmful effects.
