iPhone Firmware 1.1.4
The firmware update 1.1.4 is now available for iPhone and iPod Touch using the latest iTunes verison (7.6.1.9). 26 February should have been the day when the expected SDK for iPhone becomes available. Unfortunately Apple offers at this moment only a consolation price: a new firmware update
The 1.1.4 version includes several fixes for the previous versions bugs. After browsing the iPhone menus, we could not find anything new added, however some sources state that 1.1.4 enables ZiPhone, the applications that unlocks iPhone. This update takes pretty big chunk of the iPhone memory and considering that it brings non-existent features, this could be the first step before the next to come SDK.
