LG KF300

As it turns out, the LG KF300 is the GSM variant of the CDMA-only LG SV300 Wine phone.

A month ago some information on LG KF300 ‘leaked’. This clamshell is clearly a fashion phone aimed at the masses; a GSM version for the CDMA-only LG SV300 Wine phone that was launched in Korea in Mai 2007. KF300 is “fashion” enough to be welcomed by the technology non demanding users who expect from a cell phone to look good and to be practical.

KF300 has a design that makes it appealing even to the oldest cell phone users: large keys and large characters, powerful speaker and 2.2 Inch QVGA main display. The second screen measures 1.3 inch and is able of displaying 128 x 160 pixels. For its ergonomics this handset received an award from the Ergonomics Society of Korea.

Tech-talks

LG KF300 is a 2.5G phone that has not an impressive features list, however it is not lacking: 2 MP camera, microSD memory slot and radio FM. The handset is GSM/GPRS/EDGE compatible, with a flash interface that allows scalable fonts.

LG has not disclosed yet the price but LG KF300 should be more than affordable in Europe, too. Its black and pink color versions recommend it for the men as well as for the women. To summarize it, KF300 an entry level fashion-multimedia phone.
