The music phones are very fashionable these days, especially that Sony Ericsson recently launched 3 new Walkman phones. The Coreen giant LG responds with the KP265 slider model, that started shipping in Rusia, aimed at the teens carrying their iPods all over the place.
The handset benefits of GSM (900/1800/1900 MHz) support and measures only 96 x 45.5 x 16.5 mm. The TFT screen is rather small measuring only 1.77 Inch and displays 128 x 160 pixeli. To boost the 5 MB of internal memory, the microSD card slot is ready to host up to 8GB of external memory.
Revealed as a music focused device, the handset supports MP3 playback and also video record/playback. Other supported media formats are MPEG4/3GP and AAC/AAC+/eAAC+/WMA/WAV. The camera is obsolete wirh its 1.3 megapixels CMOS sensor and it also lacks the flash. Considering the phone features, LG KP265 music phone focus points will be its low price and the advanced music controls.
