Motorola KRZR K1

The stylish KRZR K1 phone from Motorola is an elegant clamshell measuring only 103 x 42 x 16 mm in the closed position, which is tall, slim and ergonomic. Unlike the RAZR V3i which it inherits, it replaces the boring gray surface with glass-blue one and rounds the corners in the style of the PEBL.

Motorola KRZR K1 comes as an upgrade to the Motorola RAZR V3i and therefore pays resemblance to the V3i but the KRZR K1 is taller from the front view and slightly thicker from the side view. K1 comes with differing features which enhance its design, as it is a highly fashion-charged device claiming to achieve prime sales. Motorola KRZR K1 can be purchased at a starting price of 500-550 USD in US (European retail price makes about 350 Euro).

Tech-talks

This device can not be called a revolutionary - it is an evolutionary design concept and a new approach to the materials the casing is made of. In terms of f building quality the handset is flawless and well assembled. KRZR features a hih quality TFT 30×37 mm screen, stereo Bluetooth (A2DP), a 2 megapixel (no flash), microSD memory card slot and EDGE for fast speed data transfer.

In the KRZR’s CDMA edition for the Asian market, as well as the one for the US, the handset’s surface houses touch-sensitive dedicated player buttons and a GPS is supported in both cases.
