i620 - The QWERTY slider
i620 is the QWERTY quad-band phone with 3G (HSDPA) which Samsung plans to sell in masses. Although measuring only 11.8 mm at 95 grams, i620 features a 2 megapixels camera, a secondary video call VGA camera, microSD for hosting memories up to 2Gb and also the W-iFi (WLAN) connectivity capabilities
i620 should become in the shortest time possible a milestone mobile for Samsung, offering the business class features like QWERTY keyboard and Wi-Fi interface in a small slider form factor. The new design will definitely have a lot of fans.
G810 - The newest Samsung crown jewel slider
Building on the G800 success, G810 is a slick design Symbian running SmartPhone. Beautifully crafted, the iodized metal casing looks very “businessy”, and evidencing the large TFT display. The phone comes fully loaded: HSDPA connectivity and the first 5 megapixels camera with face detection algorithm, autofocus and Image Stabilization.
In order to equal the Nokia N95 performance, Samsung G810 benefits of a GPS module, WiFi modem. The battery performance is not yet known, however the price is: 550 Eur ($770). Available starting with March 2008, G810 will be a real competitor in the premium market segment.
