In 2009 T-Mobile have scheduled the release of T-Mobile Shadow II and Nokia 7510 Supernova. The Nokia clamshell is the only device in the Supernova series and comes with Xpress-On exchangeable covers. A possible release date for Nokia 7510 Supernova is January 21, but this hasn’t been confirmed yet. The specs list of the phone includes a 2.2 inch TFT internal display (240 x 320 pixels), a hidden external display with hidden until lit effects, stereo Bluetooth 2.0, FM radio with RDS, a 2 megapixel shooter and microSDHC card slot (up to 8 GB).
The Nokia Supernova clamshell supports quad-band GSM connectivity (GPRS/EDGE) and uses a Series S40 platform with active idle and standby, while its battery will last about 6 hours (talk time) or 300 hours in standby mode. One interesting feature is the organic desktop that adapts to your behavior over time. The handset is available in Europe with a retail price of $250, so you should expect an US price of about $100, bundled with a T-Mobile contract.
