As soon as Touch Diamond 2 and Touch Pro 2 were shown at MWC 2009, we thought that they’ll reach T-Mobile as MDA devices. And yes they will, Diamond 2 getting rebranded as the T-Mobile MDA Compact V.
This touchscreen smartphone will have the same features as its original version, Windows Mobile 6.1, a 3.2 inch display with a 480 x 800 pixel resolution, HSDPA/HSUPA, WLAN, GPS and a 5 megapixel camera.
MDA Compact V Will be hitting the German market in June and moving on to the Touch Pro 2, it’ll be rebranded MDA Vario V and pack the same 480 x 800 pixels display.
MDA Vario V will also feature HSDPA, HSUPA, GPS, but only a 3.2 megapixel camera, a sliding QWERTY keyboard, Opera 9, 512 MB ROM and 288 MB RAM.
